ABOUT THE BOOK
We all have our go to favourite places depending on what type of cuisine we are in the mood for, so we decided to compile the Cafe Culture guide so that others with a similar passion to ours, may also enjoy the delights of quality North West cafe cooking.
Positioned in all areas of the region (see map for details), the family owned cafes within this guide share our passion for great food and service. Their home cooking is of the highest standard and served by friendly northern folk at realistic prices.
Included are 8 specialist fish and chip restaurants spread across the region. Fresh fish cooked to order, potato into chip into perfection. Highly recommended if fish and chips is what you fancy.
As we live in such a beautiful area of the country, with many of these cafes being in areas of outstanding natural beauty. Included within the book is some fantastic photography, from local photographers, so that you can enjoy the breath-taking views and local interests before you visit.
There are also a few of our favourite recipes for you to try at home, we hope you enjoy them.
And if that isn’t enough, all the wonderful families that run these cafes, agreed with us to include 50 x £2 vouchers.
One voucher can be used when spending over £15 per table, two vouchers can be used when spending over £30 per table and so on. The vouchers may be used in all cafes on every visit, so you can visit just a few cafes or as many as you like.
