| Returns and Refund Policy | You may return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your purchase, providing the item being returned has not been damaged or used in any way (this does not affect your statutory rights). The return postage is payable by the customer and will not be refunded. If you are returning an item due to damage which is our fault them we will refund the postage. If you require a refund then, upon receipt of the item, we will process your refund which may take 5-7 working days. If you require a replacement item then, upon receiving your return, another item will be dispatched and should arrive within 2-3 business days. |
