Visitors were literally in ‘cake heaven’ at the recent show at Manchester Central. All the stars from the BBC Show The Great British Bake Off were there, including John Whaites and Edd Kimber giving top techniques, advice. Joining them on stage was Andrew Nutter who hosted the Sainsbury Competition Theatre. Visitors were also treated to chocolate and cake masterclasses hosted by Paul A Young, Mich Turner and Eric Lanlard.
