Nutters Restaurant went global last week when it did a pop up at the Cavalli Club in Dubai. Andrew and his team travelled almost 6,000 miles to stage the most elaborate and decadent menu that they had ever created. The theme for the menu was extravagance, incorporating lots of Andrews’s favourite British influences; An afternoon at the seaside, a visit to the circus and Andrew’s piece de resistance – a day at the fairground.

Caviar, lobster and truffles all made an appearance in a menu that wowed his diners in the total opulent setting of the Cavalli Club situated at the Fairmont hotel. Chef Brian Turner and regular guests at Nutters Rochdale even flew out to share their support on the night, some sporting gifts including a specially customised union jack chef whites.

Andrew wasn’t the only celebrity guest in the house that week as he was rubbing shoulders with Ashanti, Estelle and Dallas Star Jesse Metcalfe. Andrew quoted,

“it truly was a great honour to be invited to cook at the Cavalli, the team were amazing and it’s an event that will stay in my memory for a long time to come…”
