Client success at the Employee Engagement Awards

There was cause to celebrate all round at this year’s Employee Engagement Awards, which recognises best-in-class engagement programmes from organisations innovating the employee experience.  

We’re delighted to share how our clients got on at the event, including a special mention for A2Dominion Group who picked up the night’s top prize for Company of the Year!

Huge congratulations are in order for the A2Dominion team who were awarded the Company of the Year award, the night’s top honours!  

A2Dominion are over the moon with the result, which recognises their commitment to developing an employee-centric culture that supports the business’ ambitious growth plans.

Highly commended

With this year’s event applauding organisations that have demonstrated the transformational value of focusing on employee engagement, we’re thrilled to say that British Red Cross and the R&A were runners-up in their respective categories for Internal Communications and Culture & Purpose.  

A special mention

It was great to see our client Pladis also recognised at the event. They collected the award for Innovation in Engagement, a Highly Commended in the Social Responsibility category and runner-up for Employee Wellbeing.
