The key difference between plans is whether you want self serve access to the People Insight Platform, or whether you want a survey programme fully managed by our experts. There’s a range of optional features and services to enhance your survey experience. In essence, we listen to your requirements and recommend the right solution, because every organisation is different. For example, you might think your issue requires something complicated, when a fast, ready to go, simply priced survey is just what you need.
Often we find our clients are considering multiple issues – engagement, culture, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and managing change. Our experts can advise on how to coordinate your listening activities in an effective, efficient way. We offer a broad range of solutions, including programme design, organisational readiness, train-the-trainer activities, expert insight sessions and workshop facilitation.
Once we understand your needs and goals, we’ll prepare a proposal, setting out our recommended plan and a number of relevant pricing options to consider. That way, our employee engagement survey pricing is upfront, transparent and fair. Of course, our proposals will vary by organisation and depend on factors such as the number of employees and complexity of the solution.
If you are opt for a fully managed survey plan, you’ll have the support of a dedicated client manager to run your project and provide day-to-day contact. If you chose a fully managed survey, our team can launch simple, urgent projects in a week, but a typical project takes two to four weeks to launch.
If you choose a self-serve plan, the timing may be similar to the above, once you have onboarded.
