It’s a lot isn’t it? This period where uncertainty has become normalised and the economic outlook continues to be bleak. For HR and line managers, it’s tough to maintain employee engagement, productivity and performance with the current cost pressures when our resources need to do ever more. As we look ahead to 2023 trends for HR to focus on, financial wellbeing remains a priority.
In this interactive webinar Kate Pritchard Head of Consulting, People Insight, will share the latest examples of what employers are doing to support peoples’ physical, mental and financial wellbeing. She will explain how to best use employee surveys and other listening channels to understand how employees are coping with current challenges, and to take meaningful action.
Kate will be joined by Sian Evans, Director of People and Culture at StepChange. StepChange provide invaluable support to individuals with debt problems and the cost-of-living crisis has meant they are busier than ever. StepChange recognise how vital it is to support employee wellbeing and their initiatives in this area have recently contributed to rising levels of employee engagement. Sian will share the novel initiatives StepChange use to improve wellbeing and commitment, and provide valuable takeaways for attendees.
Finally, Sian will share how StepChange deliver employee financial wellbeing services to other organisations.
There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and interaction with Sian and People Insight’s survey consultants throughout the session.
