St. Modwen Logistics has benefited from the upturn in trading confidence of SMEs and welcomed eight new customers, as demand soars for its small and mid-box warehouse space, offering small business warehouse solutions.
The developer is well-positioned to respond to this demand and reap the rewards, as it delivers high-quality space into the market through its investment in a speculative development programme. In 2021, the developer will deliver 1.5m sq ft into the market across a range of sizes and has already let more than 200,000 sq ft of its pipeline to SMEs, demonstrating its continued commitment to delivering prime developments that cater for all customers.
The latest deals saw three SMEs sign up to warehouse space at St. Modwen Park Access 18 in Avonmouth, with Herschel Infrared Ltd occupying 11,916 sq. ft, Cedar Hot Tubs taking 5,924 sq ft, and EBB Group signing a deal for 38,283 sq. f., all benefiting from small business warehouse solutions.
St. Modwen Park Gloucester has also welcomed Great British Card Company which will occupy a 74,000 sq ft unit, as well as Gardiner Bros & Co expanding to occupy a further 54,422 sq. ft at the park. Other customers also include Steiner Hops, Hairdressing Supplies, and Phoebe Comms.
All units benefit from the Swan Standard Responsible Business guidelines that ensure each St. Modwen Park is delivered to a BREEAM Excellent standard and supplemented with park enhancements across five key areas; transport, security, environment, wellbeing of those who work on and visit the parks, and community.
