St. Modwen Logistics, one of the UK’s leading logistics developers and managers, has appointed Adam Haley to role of Director in its Portfolio and Asset Management team.
Haley, who has over 15 years industrial and logistics experience, joins St. Modwen Logistics from SEGRO, where he was responsible for the management of the firm’s National Markets portfolio. He played a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality logistics parks in line with customers’ evolving warehousing requirements, including the shift toward more sustainable logistics assets. Haley also previously worked at DHL, where he gained valuable occupier experience expanding and managing the DHL Midlands portfolio.
Earlier this year, Blackstone announced that from July 2024, St. Modwen Logistics’ portfolio of assets will become part of Indurent, a new pure play UK logistics champion. The business will have more than 200 assets totalling 26 million sq. ft of logistics space. Adam will be instrumental in operating and growing Indurent’s best-in-class portfolio as the expanded entity seeks to diversify and build its offering to serve a wide range of industrial and logistics occupiers.
Haley will work with Gordon Kellie, Head of Portfolio, to improve and expand the company’s customer relationships and ensure their requirements are met through the development and acquisition of best-in-class sustainable warehousing. Haley will also be pivotal in driving collaboration across the firm to optimise the delivery of asset management and customer engagement initiatives, providing ongoing support for St. Modwen Logistics’ customers as they seek to drive greater efficiencies and achieve more sustainable operations through their use of space.
